Services:

Robin offers a variety of services that range from wellness and relaxation to therapeutic treatment.

Swedish Massage:

Modern massage techniques can be traced back to the 1700's and the development of swedish massage, the first systematic method of therapeutic massage based on physiology. Today’s Massage Therapists use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with exercise and other therapies to treat their clients (CMTO).  Swedish massage is designed specifically to enhance blood flow to the larger muscle groups of the entire body, promoting relaxation.  Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and light or deep tissue techniques can be used in injury rehabilitation and pain management, as well as other treatments such as sports massage.

Prenatal Massage:

It is common to experience new types of pain and discomfort, or have existing conditions exacerbated by pregnancy.  Massage therapy can provide relief of back, neck and hip pain, and it can help reduce overall tension and nerve entrapment syndromes.  Prenatal massage to reduce stress can be extremely beneficial to your health during pregnancy.

Therapeutic Exercise:

After each massage, Robin will provide each client with the necessary exercises and stretches to bring home to facilitate their treatment progress.
